CinemaSecrets.com ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. CinemaSecrets.com has expanded its ability to now offer shipping to international addresses in Europe, Canada and Australia (*some locations within these countries will be restricted)*.
For U.S. orders and shipping with CinemaSecrets.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. Additionally, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. Select items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) do not qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping and must be shipped ground. Some oversized and/or overweight items will incur an additional fee.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders will process in one day Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday. All expedited and/or priority orders must be placed by 12 noon EST to be processed on the same business day. All orders placed after this, will be processed the following business day. Please allow for additional delivery time for all APO/FPO addresses due to military handling and for international orders.

CinemaSecrets.com offers FREE United States Postal Service Ground Shipping on your first purchase of $10 or more (excluding taxes) - sign up to receive your exclusive code. FREE shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosol items, alcohol-based products, items that contain contents under pressure and others (e.g. brush cleaner, hairspray, nail polish). Items containing flammable chemicals are required to be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via Air. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Come into any of the retail locations world wide that carry Cinema Secrets Ultimate Foundation or give us call. Professional Artist are available in Customer Service to help you identify your undertone and find your perfect match.
How do I use a promo/coupon code?
To redeem a promo/coupon code, simply enter your code in the text box marked “a promo/coupon code” on the Review and Payment section of the checkout process. Promotional offers with no codes required will be applied to the order if the order meets the requirements of eligibility. When a code is accepted, it will be displayed on the order review/summary page. Important note: One (1) promo/offer code may be used per order. This may include automatic offer codes. Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to Cinema Secrets Pro orders.

Is there a maximum purchase policy?
We limit orders to three (3) of any single item. If you are a Pro and need to stock for an event or job you are working please contact Customer Service.
Where can brush cleaner be shipped?
Currently, brush cleaner can be sent to the continental US. Unfortunately, we cannot ship brush cleaner to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Military bases due to its Hazmat status.
Do you accept international orders?

What is your return policy?
Cinema Secrets will gladly exchange or refund any unused or gently used products. Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase; credits will be issued to the original form of payment.
To return/exchange a CINEMA SECRETS purchase within 30 days of purchase: Please contact us at info@cinemasecrets.com or 1-818-846-0579. We will provide you a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.
Please include the return authorization number that we have provided with your return/exchange. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. Upon acceptance of your return, the price paid for the product will be refunded to the original credit card of payment. Exchanges will be done for the product(s) of your choosing that are of equal value and available on CinemaSecrets.com Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Products purchased on cinemasecrets.com cannot be returned to Cinema Secrets boutique.

How can I tell if the item I purchased is Authentic?
As a brand we do everything we can to prevent an inauthentic product from being sold, however, we suggest all customers purchase from authorized sellers such as Sephora, Cinema Secrets website, or our exclusive Amazon partner Avalanche Industries. If you would like to know if a store or online store is purchasing directly from us please contact Customer Service and we will assist you. I am a Professional Makeup artist. Is there a Pro membership program and how can I become a member?
To apply for a Pro Membership online, click here. If registering online, you are required to create an account. Fill in the form fields and attach two proofs of profession along with photo identification, and click 'Submit'. You should receive your application approval status, or a request for more information, within 1-2 weeks.
Any products that are purchased by Cinema Secrets Pro Members using the discount are for the members personal and professional use only and may not be resold under any circumstance. If misuse is suspected, Cinema Secrets has the right to decline the order and cancel the account. Pro Memberships are valid for one year.
